The environment is the intervention
A 45-minute keynote — drawing on the FT50 work and the longitudinal field studies — on why people, processes, and structures change only when their environment does, and what that means for leaders.
There is no such thing as a demotivated person
A 60-minute leadership address built around the thesis of Breaking Mental Models. Best suited to senior leadership offsites and conferences.
Reflexivity as a workplace condition
A 90-minute teaching workshop for executive education, postgraduate cohorts, and clinical leadership programmes.
Designing classrooms that teach
A 45-minute pedagogy talk for higher-education and EdTech audiences — on the architecture, behaviour and ritual of the postgraduate classroom.
